PUBLISHERS POLICY: Publisher reserves the right to edit or omit any advertisement that is deemed unethical or misleading at her discretion.

FREQUENCY DISCOUNTS: To qualify for 6-week rate, you must run 6 consecutive weeks and for 13-week rate, you must run 13 consecutive weeks. A signed agreement is mandatory.

TERMS: All accounts are due upon date of publication unless prior arrangements have been made. 1-1/2% interest will be added to any account past due every 30 days.

SPECIFICATIONS: Tabloid format, 8 columns x 16". Copy dimensions 10-1/2" wide by 16 high. Column width, 7.5 picas (or 1-1/4").

ELECTRONIC FILES: Files must be submitted as a high res PDF compatible with Acrobat 3 with fonts embedded, EPS with fonts converted to outlines, TIFF or JPEG. All colors must be defined properly as CMYK Process and then emailed to ads.dallas@AmericanClassifieds.com.

SPECIAL PLACEMENT: 1/2 page minimum upon availability.

COLOR CHARGE: Color is available at $1.00 an inch as available. Minimum charge $25.

COPY DEADLINE: Deadline for Thursday's edition is Tuesday 5:00 p.m. If a proof is required, then deadline is Friday, 5:00 p.m. When copy cannot be received in time for advertisers under contract agreement, the previous week's ad copy will be used.

PRE-PRINTED INSERT RATES : Thrifty Nickel can distribute a wide assortment of inserts, circulars, or other printed matter (full run) rate is 4 cents per piece. All pre-print inserts must be 8-1/2"x11" or smaller. 10,000 Minimum. Less than 30,000 rate is 4.5 cents per piece.

CO-OP ADVERTISING: Thrifty Nickel qualifies for most cooperative advertising programs. Ask your sales representative for details.
